We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of receipt of order for items in stock.
Overseas delivery can be arranged on many items for an additional postage fee calculated at checkout.
We will happily offer an exchange, refund or credit items (without fault) returned to us in perfect order and in original packaging within 14 days. If you return an item, please ask for proof of postage from your post office. We suggest items are returned by registered post as we cannot refund items broken or lost during return transit. Delivery charge and return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty.
In the unlikely event of an item arriving faulty or not as ordered, please inform us within 24 hours of receipt and we will be happy to replace it.
