2. Eligibility
This competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over.
Employees of Penelope Tom Direct Limited and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
To enter, provide your email address in-store. No purchase is necessary.
Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will not be counted.
4. Closing Date
The competition closes at 11:59pm on 30.11.2025.
Entries received after this time will not be included.
5. Prize
One winner will receive a £200 gift voucher to spend at Penelopetom, 34 Fore St, Totnes TQ9 5RP, redeemable in-store or online at https://www.penelopetom.com. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random on 1st December.
The winner will be contacted by email. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, we reserve the right to select a new winner.

We will use your email address only to contact the winner unless you have given us permission to send marketing emails. All personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at the till or at https://www.penelopetom.com/pages/privacy-cookies.
8. Publicity
The winner’s name will not be published without their permission.
We may ask the winner for a photo or testimonial, but participation is optional.

We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms if necessary due to events outside our control.
