Our Love You Heart and Birthstone necklace is a beautiful personalised piece of jewellery perfect for celebrating a loved one.
Choose a special message to be beautifully engraved on the front of the sterling silver heart disc in a lovely handwriting style font.
You can also choose from 12 gorgeous birthstones to sit delicately in front of the heart disc to add a splash of colour. All suspended on an 18" or 24" stylish satellite chain.
Make your necklace even more special by adding a name, date, initials or short message on the back of the heart disc.
