UK Delivery

 Our standard speedy delivery service means we ship all orders within 1-3 business days. On many products we also offer an Express Next Delivery service. Bulky products that require a courier delivery service will take longer, normally up to 2 weeks. This will be shown at checkout.

    Click & Collect

    Collect your order for free from our Totnes store. Please place your order and select "click and collect" at the checkout. We will contact you when your order is ready to collect which will normally be within 48 hours.

      Overseas Delivery

      We aim to dispatch all orders 1-3 business days after receipt, and normally much quicker.

      • All overseas deliveries are sent via a tracked service where available. Some countries do not offer this service.
      • Tracked EU : £8.00 (4-6 days)
      • Tracked Rest of World : £10.00 (7-14 days)

      Import Duties and Customs

      When ordering to a country outside of the UK, your items may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. The recipient (not the sender) will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. 

      PLEASE NOTE: that there are currently selected countries not accepting mail, unfortunately, we will not be accepting orders from those countries.

      UK Returns

      We will happily offer an exchange, refund or credit for non-personalised items returned to us in perfect order and in original packaging within 28 days. If you return an item, please ask for proof of postage from your post office. We suggest items are returned by registered post as we cannot refund items broken or lost during return transit. Delivery charge and return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty.

      In the unlikely event of an item arriving faulty or not as ordered, please inform us on within 24 hours of receipt and we will be happy to replace it.

      Please contact us before returning any items on We are unable to accept any returns unless we had prior confirmation of your request to return and have advised on the process. Personalised items are non returnable unless faulty.
