UK Speedy Delivery
We aim to ship all orders received by 2pm on the same day (Monday to Friday).
The shipping rates above apply to all products except furniture and lighting which are sent via courier (see below).
Courier Delivery
Our furniture, lighting and mirrors are delivered by courier, and our delivery aim is to arrive within 1 to 2 weeks. Delivery charges are below:
Furniture, lighting and mirrors are delivered Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm. You’ll receive a notification with your delivery window (AM/PM slot) and details of our ‘leave safe’ service, which allows delivery to a neighbour or safe spot (with photo proof and card left). You can also reschedule if needed. Please note, items may arrive separately as they are dispatched from different warehouses.
Click & Collect
Collect your order for free from our Totnes store. Please place your order and select "click and collect" at the checkout. We will contact you when your order is ready to collect which will normally be within 48 hours.
Overseas Delivery
We aim to ship all orders received by 2pm on the same day (Monday to Friday). All overseas deliveries are sent via a tracked service where available. Some countries do not offer this service
Import Duties and Customs
When ordering to a country outside of the UK, your items may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination.
Our shipping cost to the US includes US import tariffs. For the EU and rest of world, the recipient (not the sender) will be responsible for payment of all import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
PLEASE NOTE: that there are currently selected countries not accepting mail, unfortunately, we will not be accepting orders from those countries.
UK Returns
Please contact us before returning any items on office@penelopetom.com.
We will happily offer an exchange, refund or credit for non-personalised items returned to us in perfect order and in original packaging within 28 days. If you return an item, please ask for proof of postage from your post office. We suggest items are returned by registered post as we cannot refund items broken or lost during return transit. Delivery charge and return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty.
In the unlikely event of an item arriving faulty or not as ordered, please inform us on office@penelopetom.com within 24 hours of receipt and we will be happy to replace it.

Overseas Returns
Please contact us before returning any items on office@penelopetom.com. We are unable to accept any returns unless we had prior confirmation of your request to return and have advised on the process. Personalised items are non returnable unless faulty.
