How long does delivery typically take?

We aim to dispatch all orders for in stock items within 48 hours of receipt, and normally much quicker.

If your order is unusually bulky then we will deliver by courier and will be in touch to advise of a delivery date. Please note larger furniture items have a delivery lead time of approx. 1-2 weeks.

If your order is urgent, we strongly recommend selecting our Express delivery service where available.

Do call us if you need a specific delivery date and we will be able to advise you how best to make your order.

Where's my order?

All standard UK orders should arrive within 2-3 working days of dispatch.

If you have any questions about when your order is due to arrive, please contact our customer care team with your order number and name.

How do I send a gift?

We delight in sending gifts straight to your recipient. Add a gift message along with the delivery address at checkout which will be attached to your order, with all prices removed. We will then beautifully package your gift and send it straight to whoever you choose, wherever in the world!

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

Yes, we adore beautifully wrapping your gifts in luxury gift wrap and ribbon. This can be selected at checkout for a small additional cost.

How do I return an item?

Please contact us before returning any items on office@penelopetom.com quoting your order number and name.

We will happily offer an exchange, refund or credit for non-personalised items returned to us in perfect order and in original packaging within 14 days. If you return an item, please ask for proof of postage from your post office. We suggest items are returned by registered post as we cannot refund items broken or lost during return transit. Delivery charge and return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty.

In the unlikely event of an item arriving faulty or not as ordered, please inform us on office@penelopetom.com within 24 hours of receipt and we will be happy to replace it.
