A silver puffed heart suspended in the centre with a smaller rose gold puffed heart that sits perfectly in front, you can then add 2 gorgeous birthstones of your choice which sit either side of the heart charms to add a personalised touch.
Choose from up to 12 stunning coloured birthstones, these can represent a birth month or can simply be someone's favourite colours.
All suspended on 3 delicate strands of silver snake chains that hang on the wrist beautifully and is fastened with a lobster clasp for ease and includes an extender so the size can be adjusted.
