- The Promoter: Penelopetom, registered at Penelopetom, 34 Fore Street, Totnes, TQ9 5RP. (registered in England).
- Eligibility: This Penelopetom Giveaway is open to all UK residents aged 18 years and over. This excludes Penelopetom employees, family members of the promoter, associated agents and ambassadors or anyone connected professionally with the prize promotion.
- Promotional Period: This Penelopetom Prize Giveaway will be running from Tuesday 13th February 20234 until Friday 23rd February 2024 at 23:59. Only one entry per person will be accepted, any additional entries will be disqualified.
- The Prize: 1 prize will be awarded, this will be a £200 digital voucher to spend exclusively at Penelopetom online.
Prizes must be accepted as offered, with no alternative available. The prizes are not transferable or refundable.
Penelopetom reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should outside circumstances make it necessary, the prize winner will be notified of this.
- Winner Selection: The Winner will be selected using a computerised random generator, selecting one winner from all entries.
- Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted via the email account provided in the entry form. Notification will happen within 14 days of the giveaway closing date and the winner will have an additional 14 days to claim their prize.
If a prize is not claimed Penelopetom reserves the right to withdraw the prize entitlement and re-draw a new prize winner.
- General: Once prizes are drawn Penelopetom’s decision is final and binding. No additional correspondence will be entered into.
- Disqualification: Penelopetom reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any entries or entrants that are regarded as being in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- Data Protection: We understand that you will be sharing personal information in the prize entry. Penelopetom will keep this personal data secure and it will only be used concerning these Terms & Conditions unless the entrant opts into further marketing from Penelopetom.
By entering this giveaway, entrants agree that their information may be used by Penelopetom when promoting other products, services or competitions. The Winner consents to give their names to the Winner List.
Entry to the Penelopetom Giveaway implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, as well as a subscription to Penelopetom email marketing.
