How do I look after my jewellery?
All our jewellery products come with a care card which details how best to care for your jewellery. We recommend jewellery is never worn in the shower, bath, sea or bed. Sterling silver jewellery should be regularly cleaned with a silver cloth.
Silver plated jewellery will naturally tarnish over time which is why we recommend following the guidelines on our care cards to ensure longevity of your product. If your item is under 3 months old and has tarnished, despite following the care instructions, please get in touch with us.
Can I personalise my jewellery?
Many of our products can be made more personal by adding a name or intials or engraved message. Please see individual product specifications to see whether a product can be personalised.
What if I don't know my ring size?
Our ring sizing guide is detailed on each ring product and should be used as a guide only. If you are unsure of your size, most reputable jewellers will be able to measure your finger for you.
We do offer an exchange service for any rings that do not fit. Please contact us if you would like to exchange your ring for a different size. Please ensure you leave us your order number and name as well as the size you would like to change to - it is important you contact us first to confirm that we have your exchange size in stock.
