Please contact us before returning any items on email@example.com.
We will happily offer an exchange, refund or credit for non-personalised items returned to us in perfect order and in original packaging within 14 days. If you return an item, please ask for proof of postage from your post office. We suggest items are returned by registered post as we cannot refund items broken or lost during return transit. Delivery charge and return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty.
In the unlikely event of an item arriving faulty or not as ordered, please inform us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receipt and we will be happy to replace it.
Overseas returns may attract custom duties as they arrive back in the UK for which you will be responsible.
